45 Days Left- Drink a Glass of Water Every Hour You're AwakeYou know you should drink water. But, do you? Do you drink enough? You should be drinking half your body weight in ounces of water a day. For example, if you weigh 120 pounds, you should aim to drink 60 ounces of water each day. One easy way to do this is to set an alarm to go off the beginning of each hour you’re awake and drink 8 ounces of water when it does. By the time you reach the end of the day, you’ll have successfully drank at least the amount of water your body needs.
