Autumn got me results, I am stronger, I am leaner, I have more balance, and I am happy to be moving in a general forward motion toward my goal health and body.I traded body shape more than anything, because I was surprised to find a larger selection of my swimsuits *fit* when I searched for my *goal* swimsuit for the Brazil Butt Lift Summer Slimdown Challenge. I REALLY look forward to the next challenge, swimsuit season, here I come! Never fear, though Autumn Calabrese‘s workouts rock my world, so I will be revisiting her on a regular basis.
