Yoga is Strengthening My Hip After Sciatica

listen to your bodyI love it when I go back to a workout and I am better than I was the last time! Such a great feeling. Doing Dynamic Flow Yoga is really strengthening and working my hip and inner thigh after a pinched sciatic nerve left me unable to stand on my own and put me in remedial physical therapy for 3 months! A lot of work to do still on my left hip and inner thigh, but progress is progress, and that is GOOD! HAD to FIGHT to get and keep the lunges on my left leg with proper alignment. Getting better! Take that, sciatic nerve!
