Every month I hold a fitness challenge (or challenges) that is/are geared to kick your butt into shape. You have access to a small, private group on Facebook for motivation and coaching by me and my team. Each challenge will be focused on a particular workout and will include a nutritional shake that you must drink every day, a pre-decided fitness DVD set and the comfort of your own home to work out when you choose.
How do you know this is the right workout for you?
1⃣ You only have a limited time to work out.
2⃣ You want an intense workout and not just some fru fru at home workout.
3⃣ You want something new & exciting to add to your workout.
4⃣ You want to melt off fat, drop inches and be in best shape of your life.
